Our Methodology

X Learning are highly experienced in diagnosing, designing and delivering training and development interventions for individuals, teams and organisations.  By combining a background in business and finance with a range of leading edge training techniques and business simulations,  we design and deliver training which are effective and long lasting. Our events are fun, but deadly serious. If you want “dull and boring” we could do that, but we think you would prefer something else.

Our training will normally be tailored around your own organisational needs – we will to ensure that what we offer fits the bill.  And it doesn’t need to be a traditional training course – we offer on-site consultancy, one-to-coach  and small group coaching too.

By creating the right learning environment we establish the conditions which enable people to create their own learning; it is not simply a matter of transferring the trainer's knowledge to the participants.
