We have a number of business simulations designed for digital and remote access. Participants work in teams (through Microsoft Teams, Zoom or other platforms) to take on the challenges of a business in a way that continues to be engaging, interactive and fun while delivering key learning.

Identical to the face-to-face versions of Apples & Oranges, participants work in virtual teams to manage a business, measure performance and identify and implement both strategical and operational improvements.

Key themes include business finance, profitable growth, cash flow an operational efficiency.

The digital versions of Apples & Oranges (Manufacturing, Sales and Service) can be run in groups of 4 to 24 participants per facilitator, with many more in a session with multiple facilitators. Session length can be from 4 to 12 hours, split over multiple sessions.

At a more introductory level, participants can learn the basics of business finance through the shorter Business Finance (Manufacturing) and Business Finance (Service) digital classroom solutions. In an interactive session, participants work remotely in virtual teams on key themes of business finance, cash flow, utilisation, working capital management and financial statements.

These sessions run for 2 to 3 hours, with up to 20 participants in one session.

Participants work remotely in teams on the themes of Agile principles, customer value, leadership, teamwork and decision making. They work in a fictitious company which faces a number of strategic, operational and leadership challenges. Participants work through the challenges and decide which route to take - and get instant feedback on how well their choices align with agile principles.

Multiple teams of 2 to 4 people can participate, either in the virtual or classroom formats.
